I had paid for two courses because the courses were still in my basket after payment, I paid again - the courses were still in my basket. I checked my bank account - both payments were transferred to Domestika’s account. I wrote to them about it and they advised me ... to pay a third time. They are scammers and thieves, I advise strongly against shopping in Domestika!
Over the last 6 months I've signed up for about 6 or 8 courses for painting and sketching. Very high quality with great ideas and tips for a beginner like me. I haven't had any trouble accessing the courses (didn't try for a couple months when I got busy) and I can't review the customer service since I never contacted them. But the courses I've selected have been very well done and enjoyable. I do get a lot of emails about future courses and the frequency is annoying....no time to watch what I already bought. But I did find some more - some are hard to resist!

I am not used to using up and downloading on a website and when it came to posting practical exercises I was totally lost so I sent a message. My first reply answered one or two points but - embarrassingly I still had no idea what to do! Marianne then replied with step by step instructions- and I got it! Brilliant! I would suggest that the main site has basic instructions for IT illiterates like me! I am loving the course and have bought 3 more to do in the future and thoroughly recommend Domestika!
I had to interact once again regarding some course and the response by Emma was very prompt and positive. Quite impressed by Domestika's professional service.
I had some doubts if I could choose the courses I wanted with the price for the pack. I got an objective answer that clarified me on the subject.

I am so grateful I found Domestika and I'm super impressed with not only the tutors and course material but also the tech staff who sorted out an issue with languages.
I had an issue registering on the website and was really frustrated. Domestika quickly responded and regularly updated me about the progress of my query which put me at ease and my issue was resolved.

Domestika has a lot of great lessons at a very reasonable price. Having been tempted to buy a few, I decided to jump in and start learning - only to find out their captioning was automatically created. This meant that a lot of what the instructor said in Spanish was translated literally, and made no sense in English (in fact, it made the instructions super confusing and sometimes nonsensical!)I do understand Spanish a bit, but this was unfortunately too much for me. I ended up asking for a refund, which they promptly obliged. I hope their translations improve in the future, as the lessons do seem to be fantastic and I'd love to dive in someday.
I love how diverse and affordable Domestika is. The contents are pretty useful but their support is not the fastest.
I am very happy with domestika courses qnd the site support is perfect!
